At FLYKUP, every piece has a story — where it was made, who made it, and how it finds its way to you. We take the same care in shipping your order as we do in curating the collection.

Shipping

United States Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.
Standard Shipping: $7.95 flat rate

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During busy periods, it may take a little longer — we promise it’s worth the wait.

How Your Order Is Packed

Every FLYKUP order is:
* Carefully wrapped
* Thoughtfully protected
* Prepared with intention

Packaging costs and handling are included in our shipping rates — there are no hidden fees at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method used. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

We’re working towards offering international shipping soon.
If you’re outside the US and have fallen in love with a piece, please email us at support@flykup.com and we’ll be happy to provide a shipping quote where possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are handmade, small-batch, or one-of-a-kind, we keep our returns policy thoughtful and fair.

Returns
* We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery
* Items must be returned in their original packaging
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exceptions

The following items are final sale:
* Oversized or heavy items (including frames)
* Limited edition or one-of-a-kind pieces
* Items marked “Final Sale”

These pieces require special packing and care, and we cannot accept returns on them.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
